Developed over an extensive eight-year period, the completely analog architecture incorporates multi-layered, cascaded gain stages paired with a hard-limiting circuit network. This unique arrangement is immediately followed by an internal Class AB solid-state amplifier section engineered to interact exactly like a driven valve amplifier power strip. The resulting sonic profile produces an authoritative wall of high-gain saturation that captures the heavy, post-grunge alternative rock movements of the late 1990s and early 2000s with maximum low-end tightness.

Semi-Parametric Sweepable Midrange and Baxandall Filters

To manage such dense high-gain saturation across complex live venues or multi-track studio environments, the control interface offers immense tone-shaping capabilities via a highly responsive six-knob matrix. Global bass and treble response are adjusted using a premium, active Baxandall-style EQ configuration, allowing musicians to drastically cut or boost high and low frequencies without introducing unwanted distortion artifacts. The midrange grid is entirely semi-parametric; a dedicated Mid Freq knob selects the exact center frequency spectrum, while the Middle knob cuts or boosts that selected boundary. This interactive layout lets players smoothly transition from a deep, aggressive grunge scoop to a prominent, cutting lead bump.

The internal hard-limiting stages tightly clamp down on loose low-end transients, allowing drop-tuned instruments or thick humbuckers to maintain precise pick definition and clarity through rapid rhythmic changes without turning muddy or clouding the kick drum.

Cutting Parametric Solo Boosting

Positioning the pedal behind an always-on transparent overdrive or directly into a clean tube amplifier configuration unlocks a screaming solo profile. By sweeping the Mid Freq control to locate the high-mid register and dialing the Middle knob clockwise, the player applies a targeted frequency push that forces single-note lead lines and harmonic squeals straight to the front of a busy recording or stage mix.
