Formerly known as Bayberry Music, Pursell Lutherie has been serving South-East Michigan since 2013. We are currently located on the Woodward Corridor in Ferndale.

“I have an Ovation electric acoustic guitar that is over forty years old. The electronics didn't work. The first six frets were badly worn with deep grooves in them. Because of that it was hard to play a clean chord on this guitar without some rattle from the strings. I gave up on it and bought a nice Taylor and never played the Ovation anymore. Then a friend told me about Bayberry Music. I took the Ovation in and Andy did his magic. He installed new electronics, replaced all of the worn out frets,, lowered the action and basically gave the guitar a hole new set up. Wow this guitar never sounded so good and played so easy.
