Rather than deploying full-frequency digital processing that can conflict with a guitar's raw woody body transients, this compact utility pedal splits the signal internally to process time reflections in parallel. The three-way toggle switch alternates between Analog mode—which emulates the warm, pillowy degradation of historic 1980s bucket-brigade hardware—a pristine, high-fidelity Digital mode for sharp rhythm cloning, and Tape mode, which captures the flutter and mechanical pitch artifacts of classic reel-to-reel tape echo units.
Tuning your rhythmic decay parameters is instantly managed via an intuitive three-knob matrix that integrates seamlessly with live playing workflows. The dedicated Level knob behaves like a parallel mixing bus, letting you blend as much or as little wet echo tail alongside your core acoustic voice without ever coloring your dry tone. The physical Delay Time knob sweeps smoothly from a crisp slapback up to 800ms of structural space. To facilitate hands-free performance, holding the heavy-duty mechanical footswitch for two seconds engages Tap Tempo mode. The status LED transitions to an active green indicator, allowing the musician to tap custom temporal rhythms without leaning down to alter the hardware mid-song.
Configuring the mini-toggle to Analog mode with moderate Repeats values creates an immersive, ambient floor underneath fingerstyle or picking tracking. Because the delay traces are mixed side-by-side with your instrument instead of directly stacked in series, the low-end definition of dreadnought or nylon setups remains completely intact. The warm delay tails naturally melt backward into a soft, textured pad that thickens chords without overwhelming the central mix.
Leveraging the specialized 1/4-inch TRS input and output jacks unlocks advanced Dual Path routing capabilities across complex stage configurations.
