Bypass Layout: High-grade True Bypass Switching
Power Requirements: 9VDC Negative Center Only (Do Not Exceed)
Current Draw: 65 mA
Dimensions: 4.42” × 2.38” × 1.22” (112 mm x 60 mm x 31 mm)
Performance & Tonal Control
Classic Leslie Tone & Velocity
The JHS 3 Series Rotary Chorus captures the definitive Doppler-shifting essence of early rotating speaker cabinets in a pedalboard-friendly footprint. Originally engineered for vintage Hammond organs, the classic "Leslie swirl" quickly became an iconic texture for guitarists ranging from Jimi Hendrix to Stevie Ray Vaughan. The Volume control sets the overall output level of the pedal, ensuring easy unity gain adjustment. The Speed knob lets you govern how fast the virtual speaker assembly spins, allowing you to transition effortlessly from a slow, watery chorus depth to a rapid, pulsating tremolo-vibrato swirl.
Modulation Depth & Studio Room Ambience
The Intensity knob adjusts the overall depth of the modulation, dictating how dramatic and pronounced the pitch shifting and phase sweeps are in your signal. To deliver a truly authentic performance profile, JHS integrated a specialized Room toggle switch. When flipped to the up position, it introduces a beautifully tailored room-reverb algorithm. This faithfully recreates the physical acoustic ambience of studio microphone placement around an actual moving speaker cabinet, giving your tone a deep, three-dimensional spatial dimension.
Hardware & Rig Integration
Power Profile & Footprint
Housed in the standard, streamlined all-white 3 Series enclosure, this stompbox provides elite premium utility without overwhelming your power supply or your pedalboard real estate. Built with rugged side-mounted 1/4-inch jacks and a reliable true bypass footswitch, the audio pathway remains pristine and uncolored when the pedal is disengaged. The internal digital processing runs on standard 9VDC negative center power and requires a consistent 65 mA current draw. Running the device at a higher voltage will damage the circuit and void your factory warranty
