The Volume knob controls the baseline master output of the circuit. The Distort control alters the global gain threshold, moving seamlessly from subtle edge-of-breakup clipping to intense, singing sustain.
Fine-tuning the pedal's frequency presence is managed by the integrated Filter knob, which functions as an intuitive, wide-sweeping EQ control to choke or completely open your instrument's upper-register articulation. To expand the clipping response, a built-in Gain toggle directly modifies the circuit's compression characteristics and structural feel. Flipping the toggle down configures the pedal for a heavier, highly compressed, and deeply saturated distortion voice. Flicking the switch up transitions the response into a wide-open, highly dynamic, and punchy crunch boost.
Housed inside the standard, minimalist all-white 3 Series metal chassis, this compact enclosure keeps your pedalboard footprint highly organized. Built with rugged side-mounted 1/4-inch input and output jacks, a heavy-duty mechanical bypass switch, and a low-profile status LED, your instrument’s baseline tone stays completely transparent when the effect is turned off. The entirely analog audio pathway operates on standard 9VDC negative center power and pulls an exceptionally lean 9 mA current draw. To protect the internal components, do not exceed 9VDC, as doing so will void your factory warranty.
